My Story
Through years of caregiving, I’ve witnessed how powerful it is when people feel truly supported and seen.
My path to this work also comes from personal experiences where my choices and autonomy weren’t always respected, and that’s what drives me to create safe, affirming spaces for others. I want every person I work with to feel held, heard, and empowered, no matter your background or where you’re at in your journey.
Offerings
I offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? I'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

Ayurvedic Treatments
Bellybinding balances your internal and external strengths by bringing the abdominal muscles in and calling on your bodily energy “vata” to help heal and create space to shift the organs back into their proper place. The belly bind utilizes the pressure of bound fabric to provide womb support and a foundation for internal organs, pull in the hips, speed up uterine involution, and repair diastasis recti. You must have your own cloth, or I can purchase one for you for $50.
Sitz baths made from homemade herbal mixtures tailored to your personal recovery. These baths can help relieve vaginal or perineal pain, swelling, and inflammation and soothe hemorrhoids. This treatment involves sitting in a warm container filled with herbal infused water and allowing the process to permeate the vaginal area and perineum.
Homemade herbal teas infused with galactagogue to encourage lactation and support your breastfeeding journey

Overnight support can be booked as individual nights of your choosing at $400/night for 8 hours.

If you plan on breastfeeding, I’ll sleep with baby in a different space of your home and bring them to you only for feedings. I’ll wake you in a soothing manner, offering a cup of tea or water refill and yummy snack. After you’re finished feeding, I’ll grab baby, change their diaper and soothe them back to sleep as you fall back into a peaceful slumber.
If you plan on pumping, I’ll sleep with baby in a different space of your home and feed them with a bottle of breastmilk. I will wake you in a soothing manner, offering to refill your cup and a yummy snack as you pump. After you’re finished, I’ll come into your room and grab your expressed milk, store it, and clean the pump parts until the next feed.

My Philosophy
With so many options surrounding birth, postpartum recovery, and childcare, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the pressure to make the “right” choice. From pregnancy announcements to parenting decisions, people are met with opinions, unsolicited advice, and stories that can stir up fear or self-doubt. The more I’ve listened to families through these moments, the more I’ve come to understand how deeply people want to feel confident and supported in their choices. At the end of the day, there is no one “right way” to give birth, recover, parent, or raise your child, there’s only what’s right for you. And that's where I come in!
I offer compassionate, nonjudgemental support grounded in real conversation and connection. My goal is to create space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make your own choices, not just be educated about them.
My prenatal sessions aren't formal lessons. We yap. We laugh. We share stories, fears, hopes, and realities. No materials, no pressure, just honest, supportive connection. And if you need more structure, I've got tools and resources ready when you want them.
