Catering to Her Love Language
Mamas whose primary love language is Acts of Service feel loved when you do something for her with a positive attitude. The love language required forethought, time, and energy. When you do nice things for her without asking, it means so much more. The easiest way to give through acts of service usually involves housework, but there are many other ways to give through service.

Wash & deep clean the car
Organize closets
Help with housekeeping or the yard
Create a coupon book of tasks you will do for her
Ask her to make a list of things she’d like to do this week

Fill her snacks & drink containers to help her with energy:
Fresh fruit, granola, or dried fruit bars
Toast with nut butter
Electrolyte drink
Frozen grapes or berries
Honey sticks
Crackers/pretzels
Popsicles
Be in charge of the lights and keeping the door closed, help avoid unnecessary interruptions
Adjust the temperature of the room to keep her comfortable
Massage her
Comb her hair
Help her with counter-pressure during contractions
Time her contractions & report them to Marissa and midwife/OB
